La Ferme des Confluences

Nestled at the junction of the Sèvre and Maine rivers, the Ferme des Confluences sits at the heart of the Muscadet region. Our vineyard is dedicated to the cultivation of Melon de Bourgogne, Folle Blanche, Chardonnay, Côt, and Egiodola grapes, embracing organic agricultural practices. Thomas Foubert was originally from the north of France, and grew up on his parents' farm. Education in the agricultural sector reinforced his attraction to the land and he discovered the world of wine during a visit to Touraine in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, meeting various winemakers who were as passionate as they were fascinating in their different approaches.
