Jean Guiton started his domaine in 1974. In 1998 his son Guillaume joined the family winery, producing wines from 10 of the 30 acres he has today. Today he offers an impressive range, representative of the various terroir of the Côte de Beaune.

The vineyard management strives to respect the Domaine’s philosophy: to obtain riper and healthier grapes instead of aiming for larger yields. Grapes are 100% de-stemmed with long cuvaisons and low levels of sulphur. All their wines aside from the Bourgogne Aligoté are aged in oak barrels (20% new) from 12 to 18 months.
